As a Software Design Engineer at the "Sogodi" Ltd., an Israeli - Bulgarian company for  observation and security systems development.

- Work on VSM ("Video-Signal Manager") a Windows 95/98 based interactive system to manipulate video data from remote digital cameras via dedicated (phone) line.
Designed a .dll module to  communicate Windows device driver for a specific hardware device and transmission protocol.
Implemented and tested  in C++ the full command and event handling mechanism, also utilizing Windows messaging  and multiple threads support.
Provided the application with an ActiveX and database support functionality.
Utilized MS ODBC interface (MFC and API) and SQL to store and  retrieve information  about the authorized customers and equipment available in MS Access database.

- "Master-Slave Software Emulator",  a Windows 95/98 test system , meant as a software simulation of the process of sending and receiving commands and data packages to the external hardware devices upon various protocols.
Worked on a simple Windows based software protocol interpreter - representing the data structures, implementating the algorithms for traversing and searching in C++.
Utilized Windows messaging and API subset to handle system events.
Designed a high - level UI of the application to prepare set of test commands and data frames.

The system was intended for providing the students and teachers  with on-line information (schedules, lectures, events, bulletins) from the faculty offices and a rectorate.

- Worked on the object-oriented analyses, design and program specifications. Explored the details on the track of COM technology.
Provided applications with a client-server functionality -- designed software components to implement various student office services.
Traced the mechanism of making cross-process calls through  a proxy, stub and marshaling. Worked on a remote interaction between the server and client applications via DCOM.

- Research worker and efficient algorithms designer , specialized in object-oriented analyses and knowledge representation (movement and space-time relationships by hierarchical structures). Designed and implemented an Intelligent prototype of the system in Prolog.
- Involved in the real system development as a part of the Visual C++ programming team. Interpreted the process of making the decision - given the set of rules and objects' characteristics at a run-time implemented the appropriate data structures (trees, graphs) and provided algorithms for alternate solutions or all solutions.
- Worked on a module which gives an assistance in planning a collision -free trajectory of motion in a dynamic environment.
